During Covid-19 I had excruciating pain come in an instant, leading to severe headache, teeth feeling frozen and cold air consistently moving through, nausea and pain so bad I cried. I was blessed Dr. Samson (Summit Dental) came in just for me as I left an emergency message. He had his office call BSE to see if I could get in that day. They said I could get in right then. Their staff was extremely helpful, caring, conscious of sanitation (which was a huge concern of mine). Erin was an angel, she chatted with me genuinely, made me feel comfortable, explained exactly what they were going to do and what could possibly happen- a root canal, which Dr. Hamling could do in 20 minutes. Dr. Hamling made me feel safe and comfortable, knowing I might have to have a root canal. They ensure the anesthesia has worked before they do anything, explained again what was going to happen. I enjoyed my time there, would recommend them to anyone and would get another root canal any day with his team. Thank you sincerely for your empathy, selflessness, sense of humors, knowledge and grace with your patients. I will never forget the care you gave!

The Doctors and staff themselves are very kind and nice people, however several times I have tried to call (due to my schedule I normally call around 4:20-30ish)and pay my bill and many times I have gotten the voice machine stating they are out of the office and will open tomorrow but they are open till 5 Monday-Thursday:( Frustrating when you are calling during times they should be open but just get the voice mail saying they aren't there. Please open and answer phones till the time you are scheduled to be closed. Again though the doctor and staff are very sweet.

Dr. Hamlins is always super fast and efficient at what they do. He's constantly working on several people at once, so you don't have him sitting next to you the whole time, but I don't see how it much matters. The few times I saw him, he was no BS, and straight to the point, which I found refreshing. He didn't let me waste money on things I didn't need, just told me his professional opinion and got it done fast. Also as a bonus, this guy is the best at administering Novocaine shots that I've ever had. I literally did not feel the needle at all, and he didn't even use any topical gel to numb it before. 100% Recommend.
